Browse the starter templates available for new projects, read a template for the create flow, and check a project's provisioning status.
Commands
Run inf starter-template <verb> --help for each verb's options. The generated surface covers:

list | List published starter templates available for new projects |
get | Get a published template and its version for the create flow |
get-provisioning | Get a project's starter-template provisioning status |
get-training-preset | List a project's training presets with base/judge models |
create / update-draft | Create or update a starter-template draft (adds a draft version) |
publish-version | Publish a specific version of a starter template |
archive / unpublish | Archive a template or unpublish it |
